Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Specialize in jewelry and watches, if applicable, to provide expert advice in these categories.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present and promote products effectively. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation. Attention to detail and a keen eye for fashion trends.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

Education

A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
