The Client Advisor represents Gucci in Orlando, building lasting client relationships and delivering personalized, elevated service while driving individual and collective sales. The role includes clienteling, product and styling guidance, store operations, stock and inventory maintenance, POS transactions and visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and deliver elevated, personalized service in-store and remotely, ensuring clients feel valued and at ease.
- Discover clients’ needs, preferences and aspirations; tailor the experience and service accordingly, and develop the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Use in-store technology and collect relevant client information throughout the journey to provide a smooth, personalized experience.
- Enhance client experiences with useful insights on local lifestyle trends, including theatre, arts and travel.
- Drive individual and collective sales results and maximize selling opportunities in-store and remotely.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality through selling skills, luxury gestures and product rituals; use effective selling techniques and cross-selling and upselling to match products to client needs.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales, recruiting clients to create selling opportunities.
- Maintain a One-Gucci-Client perspective for purchases, exchanges, returns, repairs and other transactions, regardless of purchase location.
- Guide and inspire clients in selecting the right products and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Communicate openly and constructively with team members, collaborate and propose effective solutions.
- Use Gucci and product knowledge, storytelling, expert product expertise and honest styling advice to support client decisions.
- Attend training to develop product knowledge and selling techniques; stay current on fashion trends, competitors, products, campaigns, services and client segmentation.
- Combine styling knowledge with product recommendations that best serve each client, and embody Gucci’s philosophy, values and lifestyle with enthusiasm.
- Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventories; maintain optimal product levels on the sales floor.
- Follow policies and procedures, with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence; process POS transactions accurately and capture client information correctly.
- Contribute to product displays in accordance with Gucci visual standards and follow Gucci grooming standards and policies.
- Manage general store administration and functionality.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience, with an excellent track record; experience in a similar role or customer service setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism and integrity, with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration among colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
