Gucci Client Advisor position in Orlando, Florida. Fixed-term retail role focused on luxury sales, client engagement, and brand representation in a dynamic outlet environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued from the first point of contact through best-in-class in-store and remote service
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity and exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships

  • Attend product training sessions to develop insights on product knowledge and evolving selling techniques

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Demonstrated capacity to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different client needs and complex situations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic retail environment
