Gucci Client Advisor, Orlando Outlet. Fixed-term luxury retail sales position requiring 2+ years fashion experience, strong sales drive, and exceptional client service skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, creating a welcoming and valued experience from initial contact through completion of transactions
- Deliver personalized, client-centric service experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and strengthen brand loyalty
- Discover client needs and aspirations through consultative dialogue, demonstrating generosity and exceeding expectations through knowledge and service elevation
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships to maximize lifetime value
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client interaction is smooth, pleasant, and relevant to their preferences
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize service offerings and create meaningful touchpoints
- Provide insights on local lifestyle trends, arts, travel, and cultural events to add value to the client's Gucci experience
- Drive individual and collective sales results through effective selling techniques applied in a warm, natural, and elevated manner

- Promote virtual appointments and distance selling opportunities by proactively recruiting clients for remote engagements
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all channels and transaction types, including exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their personal style and aspirations
- Foster collaborative communication with team members, proposing effective solutions and supporting collective store performance
- Engage clients using expert product knowledge, storytelling, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Proactively attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and selling expertise
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitive landscape, product innovations, and client segmentation strategies
- Combine styling knowledge with product expertise to serve clients' best interests
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with authentic enthusiasm and professionalism
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a strong, documented track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and collective sales results
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- High degree of personal ethics, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to inspire trust and foster collaboration among team members
- Flexibility to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
