Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to enhance client relationships.
  • Maintain an organized client book and regularly follow up on sales and client requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
  • Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or equivalent customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various customer needs.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
