Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets monthly and seasonally, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data effectively to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up on sales or requests.
- Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, showcasing a passion for the industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining product displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Keep the stock room organized and adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service environment is required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
