Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor in Ningbo, China to deliver exceptional customer service and drive retail sales in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represents the Gucci brand to clients and embodies company values
- Guides customers through all stages of the buying journey
- Presents the collection according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Provides knowledgeable support on product styles, characteristics, and current trends
- Contributes to achieving set sales targets and revenue goals
- Enhances overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail experience in luxury fashion is preferred but not required. Prior customer-facing experience in a retail setting would be advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail management, or business is a plus.

This position is based in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, within easy reach of Shanghai.
