Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor for Client Services in New York to convert sales opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver elevated service across phone, email, chat, and store channels. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, offers an hourly rate of $27, and includes flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Convert inbound contacts and initiate clienteling to drive individual sales results.
- Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs for sales, average order value, conversion rate, and client retention.
- Use storytelling, product knowledge, and styling expertise to inspire purchases and strengthen brand connection.
- Identify high-potential clients and proactively schedule virtual appointments to cultivate purchase intent.
- Build and maintain a personal client book through curated recommendations and timely outreach to new and existing clients.
- Anticipate client needs, provide thoughtful solutions, and deliver an exceptional brand experience.
- Manage client relationships through post-purchase follow-up and lifecycle engagement.
- Represent Gucci across digital channels and store inquiries, upholding high service standards.
- Resolve client inquiries with empathy and efficiency, including product availability, order tracking, returns, and repair support.
- Use feedback, tools, and systems to improve the client journey and advocate for experience enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in team and contact efficiency, quality standards, and service-level KPIs.
- Accurately log client interactions, insights, and preferences in CRM platforms to support data-driven personalization.
- Collaborate with store teams and cross-functional partners to ensure efficient case resolution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail sales, client relationship management, or hospitality experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a commercial mindset and results-driven approach.
- Passion for luxury fashion, with strong product knowledge and styling acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to build meaningful client relationships through personalized communication.
- Highly skilled in written and verbal communication, with polished client etiquette.
- Comfortable working simultaneously across multiple digital systems, including Salesforce, OMS, CRM, and chat platforms.
- Self-starter with strong prioritization and time-management skills in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Flexible retail availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Strong active listening and verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
