Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients and establish strong relationships from first contact, offering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating commitment to exceeding expectations
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize service delivery
- Create value for clients by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, elevation via selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals

- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, maintaining collaboration and proposing effective solutions
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to assist with informed purchasing decisions
- Attend trainings proactively to develop insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to provide optimal solutions

Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
- Demonstrated capability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to inspire trust and collaboration amongst colleagues
- Deep knowledge about and passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude

Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar role or customer service setting, preferably within luxury retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional fashion or luxury retail training preferred.
