Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the Gucci brand ambassador, delivering personalized, best-in-class service both in-store and remotely to deepen client relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Proactively recruit and develop a client base through outreach, virtual appointments and remote selling to generate repeat business and meet sales targets.
  • Use storytelling, expert product knowledge and styling advice to guide clients toward informed purchase decisions and execute cross- and upselling strategies.
  • Monitor individual and store KPIs, maximize selling opportunities and contribute to collective sales results.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client information and POS transaction records, leveraging in-store technology to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual presentation and loss-prevention procedures while adhering to grooming and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication, propose solutions and ensure a consistent One-Gucci-Client experience across channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion retail or client-facing sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism and the ability to inspire trust and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury, with strong commercial awareness and a client-centric attitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse client profiles and complex situations.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a comparable client-facing role, with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales objectives.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in retail, luxury sales or visual merchandising preferred.
