Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and consultative sales experiences to clients, translating their aspirations into tailored Gucci selections
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service and product knowledge
- Present Gucci collections with expertise, highlighting craftsmanship and the heritage of Italian design
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of client service and brand representation
- Contribute to a welcoming retail environment that reflects Gucci's contemporary aesthetic and values
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele
- Deep understanding of fashion, design, and luxury brand positioning
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team setting
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or upscale client advisory roles demonstrating a track record of building client relationships and exceeding sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; fashion, design, or business education preferred but not mandatory.
