Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Nashville to drive sales and deliver luxury experiences through client relationship management and expert fashion consulting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, offering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely to ensure clients feel valued from first contact
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating a desire to exceed expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
  • Collect meaningful client information to understand preferences and customize service accordingly
  • Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, elevated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals

  • Combine styling knowledge with the ability to recommend products that best serve each client

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Demonstrated capability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to inspire trust and foster collaboration amongst colleagues
