Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations with comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage in accordance with Gucci selling standards
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI targets through outstanding customer service and sales quality
  • Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities
  • Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book, providing regular contact and appropriate follow-up on all transactions and client requests
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and luxury products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering open communication to ensure consistent, exceptional experiences and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise
  • Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci visual merchandising guidelines
  • Maintain a neat and organized stockroom and understock area
  • Adhere to all Gucci image standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team-focused orientation with desire to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • High flexibility and adaptability to diverse customer needs
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (mandatory)

Experience
