  • Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book, initiating regular contact and providing appropriate follow-up on transactions and requests
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and premium products
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster open communication and ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience in a positive working environment
  • Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise

Qualifications
