- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that exceed client expectations, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage in accordance with brand selling protocols
- Drive and exceed individual key performance indicators through superior customer service and quality of sales
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data within the company CRM system to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities
- Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book, initiating regular contact and providing appropriate follow-up on transactions and requests
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and premium products
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster open communication and ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience in a positive working environment
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise
- Uphold Gucci visual standards for product display and merchandising throughout the boutique

Qualifications
