Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals while driving business growth
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, heritage, and the brand's selling philosophy
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through outstanding customer service and quality sales execution
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data within CRM systems to build lasting relationships and personalize future client development opportunities
- Maintain an active, accurate, and well-organized client portfolio with regular follow-up on sales and client requests
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and premium products
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent, exceptional service delivery and foster a positive workplace environment
- Uphold store security standards to protect customer safety, employee wellbeing, and merchandise integrity
- Maintain visual product displays in accordance with Gucci's aesthetic and merchandising standards
- Manage stockroom and back-of-house organization, ensuring cleanliness and proper inventory management
- Adhere to all Gucci brand image guidelines and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar client-facing role or customer service environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client and colleague relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset with genuine collaborative spirit
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- High flexibility and adaptability to diverse client preferences
- Fluency in both French and English (required)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization for Canada

Experience
Minimum three years of sales experience in the luxury fashion sector, preferably in a comparable client advisory or customer service position within an upscale retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
