Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and appropriate follow-up.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci standards.
  • Ensure the stockroom is neat and organized.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customers and work schedules.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
