Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction.
- Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential customers.
- Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Promote open and constructive communication within the team, offering collaborative and effective solutions.
- Assist in managing product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
