Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Miami Design District to deliver luxury fashion sales and personalized client experiences in this dynamic retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely while making each client feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact
  • Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience that fosters strong and lasting relationships, driving repeat business and enhancing brand loyalty
  • Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity and commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client's experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
  • Collect meaningful client information throughout the client journey to customize service and understand individual preferences
  • Create additional value by providing clients with useful insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
  • Drive individual and collective sales results, maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experience through sophisticated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
  • Select products that match client needs and benefits, effectively employing cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales by proactively recruiting clients to generate selling opportunities

  • Proactively attend trainings to develop expertise in product knowledge and selling techniques

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
