Gucci Client Advisor in Miami (Aventura) — drive luxury sales, cultivate client relationships, and deliver exceptional in-store and remote service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador, proactively engaging clients to build deep, lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class, personalized luxury experience in-store and remotely.
- Drive individual and collective sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling, cross-selling and upselling, and by recruiting new clients.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey: collect and update client information, schedule and promote virtual appointments, and ensure a seamless “One‑Gucci‑Client” experience across transactions, returns, and services.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling advice, staying current on collections, fashion trends, and competitor activity to propose relevant solutions.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, support stock maintenance and inventory activities, and maintain visual presentation in line with Gucci standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by communicating constructively with colleagues and proposing practical solutions to improve client service and store performance.
- Adhere to company procedures for loss prevention, grooming, and operational excellence at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to develop and retain client relationships and to drive repeat business.
- High standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity with the capacity to inspire trust among clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse clients and complex situations.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable customer-facing sales role, with proven success in achieving sales objectives and building high-value client relationships.
