Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, heritage, and selling ceremony history
- Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, positioning oneself as a brand ambassador
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships across diverse nationalities and personalities
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to support retention strategies and identify high-potential clients
- Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies across all product categories
- Achieve individual and store sales goals while fostering business growth
- Collaborate with team members through open, constructive communication and propose effective solutions
- Manage visual product displays in accordance with Gucci visual merchandising standards
- Oversee product replenishment and physical inventory management
Qualifications
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated expertise in face-to-face customer service and retail operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or related fields
