Gucci Client Advisor in Mexico City — deliver exceptional luxury client service, drive sales and manage client relationships in a flagship retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service consistent with Gucci’s selling ceremony, product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and product assortments, acting as a Gucci ambassador to increase brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across nationalities and personalities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Use company CRM to capture and update customer information, identify high-potential clients and support targeted clienteling activities.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Support merchandising and visual standards by contributing to visual displays and ensuring product replenishment and accurate inventory control.
- Collaborate proactively with team members, communicate constructively and propose solutions that support store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and strong commercial acumen with a strategic approach to client development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage diverse client profiles.
- Flexible and resilient, able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail setting with variable schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service with a demonstrable record of face-to-face selling, client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
