Gucci Client Advisor position in Metzingen, Germany. Deliver luxury retail service and drive sales in a prestigious fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver sophisticated, attentive consultation and care to customers, ensuring an exceptional luxury service experience
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on fashion trends and luxury market developments
- Acquire and cultivate a loyal customer base through service-oriented relationship management
- Capture and maintain comprehensive customer data using CRM systems to build relationships and personalize future customer development opportunities
- Ensure optimal presentation and merchandising of the sales floor
- Execute successful sales conversations and drive revenue targets
Qualifications
- Professional experience in premium retail, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
- Excellent customer and service orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrated sales acumen with ability to close transactions
- Passion for the luxury segment and comprehensive understanding of luxury products
- Fluent German and good English language proficiency; additional languages advantageous
- Affinity for digital environments and CRM systems
