Qualifications
- Experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
- Strong enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent customer and service orientation.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales conversations.
- Enjoyment of working in an international and familial team environment.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its associated products.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Affinity for a digital environment.
