Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-end retail, with a preference for fashion or luxury sector experience.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to successfully close sales.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interaction. Strong sales and revenue orientation. Ability to work effectively in an international and familial team environment. Deep understanding of the luxury segment and its products. Affinity for digital environments.

Experience

Prior experience in high-end retail is required, with a preference for those with a background in fashion or luxury.
