Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
  • Drive and surpass individual KPI targets through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing appropriate follow-up.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and foster a positive working environment.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Support daily store operations by maintaining organized stock rooms and understock areas.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Team-focused with a collaborative approach. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role.
