Gucci Client Advisor position in Melbourne, Australia. Join the luxury brand as a sales advisor and brand ambassador in our Collins Street store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve customers according to Gucci selling ceremony and brand protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and Gucci history and heritage
  • Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies across all product categories
  • Engage clients in discussions about fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing genuine passion for the industry
  • Build and strengthen lasting customer relationships, adapting to diverse nationalities and personalities while maintaining client comfort and trust
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify high-potential prospects
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals while enhancing overall business performance
  • Foster collaborative communication with team members and propose effective solutions to operational challenges
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and product display in accordance with Gucci visual standards
  • Maintain store cleanliness, functionality, and appropriate product levels on the sales floor per corporate policies
  • Manage product replenishment and participate in physical inventory of merchandise
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming standards and company policies

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar retail or service-based role, ideally within the luxury sector
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store sales results
