Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service using the Gucci selling ceremony, greeting, listening, and assisting customers to exceed their expectations
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Gucci products, heritage, and brand history to enhance customer experience
- Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies across all product categories to maximize sales performance
- Advise clients on luxury market trends and fashion developments while conveying passion for the brand
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse personalities and backgrounds
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify high-potential prospects
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales objectives through consistent business development
- Collaborate with team members and propose constructive solutions to operational challenges
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with Gucci guidelines and corporate visual display protocols
- Monitor stock levels, conduct product replenishment, and perform physical inventory checks in accordance with corporate procedures
- Maintain store functionality and cleanliness standards as defined by company policy
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and presentation standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar sales or client advisory role
- Background in high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury products
- Luxury product knowledge and understanding of the premium market
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Previous experience in a similar client advisory or retail sales role within a high-volume or luxury retail environment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results is essential.
