Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and communication.
  • Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
  • Engage in proactive learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
  • Assist with cashiering, administrative duties, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety Policies.
  • Utilize company tools and applications effectively.
  • Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

Skills

Proficiency in using technology and learning new technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, ideally within the luxury sector, is required.
