Gucci Client Advisor position in Sydney, Australia—luxury retail sales role at Sydney Airport store with focus on customer experience and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve customers according to Gucci selling ceremony and provide exceptional service experiences that exceed expectations
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, heritage, and fashion trends while engaging customers
- Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies across all product categories to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across different nationalities and personalities
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify high-potential prospects
- Achieve individual and store sales goals while contributing to business growth and development
- Foster collaborative communication with team members and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain visual product displays according to Gucci visual merchandising standards
- Ensure appropriate product replenishment, inventory levels, and stock management on the sales floor
- Adhere to Gucci grooming standards and company policies consistently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar retail or client-facing role, preferably in high-volume retail or luxury environments
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store sales results
