Role & Responsibilities
- Provide sophisticated product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations to clients
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of current Gucci collections and seasonal offerings
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service
- Represent the Gucci brand with elegance and authenticity in all client interactions
- Support store operations and visual merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or high-end client service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Understanding of luxury fashion and appreciation for craftsmanship and design

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client service environments is preferred. Prior exposure to fashion retail or brand-aligned roles is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; additional training in retail, hospitality, or fashion is beneficial.
