Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Marbella — deliver personalised luxury service, drive sales and build enduring client relationships for the House.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of Gucci product categories.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
- Manage client appointments, enquiries and after-sales service with discretion and attention to detail.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions and ensure accurate cash and paperwork procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold House standards and seasonal floor sets.
- Contribute to CRM data entry and use client information to personalise outreach and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the store team on inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and polished professional presentation.
- Commercially minded, target-driven and able to convert client interactions into sales.
- Discretion in handling high-value transactions and client confidential information.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in client-facing retail roles, ideally with exposure to luxury or premium brands and demonstrable sales performance.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or formal retail/fashion studies preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Marbella, Andalusia, Spain, within easy reach of Málaga.
