Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice to clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and collections.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
