Join Gucci in Marbella as a Client Advisor. Located in the vibrant Puerto Banus, this role offers an opportunity to work with one of the world's leading luxury fashion brands, part of the Kering Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and client loyalty.
- Stay informed on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment is required.
Education
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
