Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and convey the brand's story to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
