Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering brand loyalty.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's aesthetic according to Gucci standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
Education
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
