Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage to effectively communicate with clients.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and the Gucci brand.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail or customer service role is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Workplace
