Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to identify performance gaps and sales opportunities
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and client wallet share
  • Curate an engaging and emotionally compelling client experience, hosting guests according to established hospitality protocols and welcome guidelines
  • Proactively establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued and recognized from the moment of entry
  • Apply refined styling expertise and product knowledge to create customized product combinations that best serve each client's aesthetic and needs
  • Develop and cultivate both local and international client bases, actively recruiting and nurturing high-value clients
