Gucci Client Advisor (32 hrs, fixed-term) in Manchester — Selfridges, The Trafford Centre. Part-time role delivering luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an engaging, emotionally resonant client experience that follows Gucci hospitality and welcome guidelines.
  • Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and retail systems to understand performance and identify opportunities.
  • Proactively build and nurture local and international client relationships, recruiting and developing high-value clients.
  • Apply cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximise transaction value and lifetime client potential.
  • Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to create curated mix-and-match solutions tailored to each client.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure a seamless, luxury in-store experience and client follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Some experience working for a high-end luxury/fashion brand or in upscale hospitality.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion sector.
  • Ability to perform productively in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
  • Flexible availability to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
