Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the visible representative of the brand and deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience at every stage of the buying journey.
  • Advise clients on product selection, style combinations and material characteristics in accordance with Gucci merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and follow-up communications.
  • Handle transactional activity including POS operations, returns, exchanges and after‑sales service with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support in‑store operations such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, visual merchandising and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to the store’s CRM initiatives to nurture long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK and availability for a part‑time schedule including weekends and evenings.
  • Previous retail or client‑facing experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
  • Proven numeracy and cash‑handling ability; attention to detail in transactional processes.
  • Professional grooming and the ability to embody brand values and presentation standards.

Experience
