Gucci Client Advisor position in Madrid Las Rozas Village. Deliver luxury retail excellence in a world-class fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalized shopping experiences aligned with Gucci's brand philosophy
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities to understand and exceed expectations
- Present and communicate product features, heritage, and quality attributes to inspire confidence and sales
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining the House aesthetic and retail standards
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintenance of boutique presentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing roles
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, design, and the luxury market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end hospitality environments is preferred. Experience with international clientele and multilingual environments is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education minimum; fashion, business, or hospitality studies are a plus.
