Gucci Client Advisor position in Madrid's ECI Castellana flagship store. Replacement contract role combining luxury retail expertise with personalized client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and engagement
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance to discerning clientele
- Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining brand standards and boutique atmosphere
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support inventory management and stock organization
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail experience or equivalent client-facing background
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to achieve targets
- Fluent communication skills and cultural awareness for international clientele
- Commitment to Gucci brand values and aesthetic sensibility

Experience
Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, high-end client service, or equivalent premium brand environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further retail or hospitality training preferred.
