Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service that reflects Gucci’s brand standards and builds long‑term client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio through effective clienteling, follow‑up and personalised outreach.
- Maintain exhaustive product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients authoritatively.
- Execute store operations including POS transactions, stock management, inventory control and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and floor sets, ensuring displays and product presentation comply with Gucci visual standards.
- Collaborate with the store team and store management on promotions, events and client appointments; ensure seamless handover and after‑sales service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets is preferred.
- Strong commercial orientation with a client‑first mindset and refined interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust quickly with high‑value clients.
- Professional demeanour, impeccable grooming and an understanding of luxury service protocols.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English desirable.

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury or premium retail environments; proven ability to build and manage a portfolio of clients and meet commercial objectives.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or diploma in retail, sales or luxury brand management is a plus.
