Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice to clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and collections.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the store's aesthetic.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion and luxury market trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.

Education

A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
