Gucci Client Advisor position in Macau. Handle sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory management in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales objectives while delivering professional customer service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive engagement
- Expand the customer database by systematically capturing customer information and preferences
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues across all organizational levels
- Monitor product category displays and window presentations in accordance with brand guidelines
- Merchandise products with proper pricing, labeling, and signage according to company standards
- Conduct accurate daily stock counts and maintain inventory management protocols
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout all operational areas
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer service experience
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising sensibility
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical capability to manage inventory and visual merchandising tasks
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a customer-facing luxury or premium retail environment is preferred. Prior experience in fashion, accessories, or branded luxury goods is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; post-secondary retail management or merchandising training is valued.
