Gucci Client Advisor position in Macau SAR – deliver luxury customer service, manage sales, and maintain boutique standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accomplish daily assigned duties and achieve sales objectives
- Provide professional customer service and build strong customer relationships through meaningful interactions
- Capture and expand the customer database by recording client information and preferences
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues across all organizational levels
- Monitor product category performance, stock levels, inventory controls, quality assurance, and price events as assigned
- Display merchandise according to Company guidelines, ensuring proper pricing, labeling, signage, and condition
- Perform accurate and efficient daily stock counts
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the boutique
- Monitor window displays and seasonal installations as required
- Execute additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock control procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to merchandising standards
Skills
Experience
Retail experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within luxury goods or high-end fashion retail environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in retail management, luxury retail, or customer service are advantageous.
