Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned daily sales objectives and contribute to store revenue targets
  • Deliver polished, professional customer service and develop long‑term client relationships through active clienteling
  • Capture and maintain customer data to grow the store database and support CRM initiatives
  • Merchandise according to company visual and product presentation standards; ensure all items are correctly priced, labeled and in sellable condition
  • Support inventory control: receive, stock and conduct accurate daily stock counts
  • Monitor and maintain window and in‑store displays as required
  • Maintain store housekeeping and presentation standards at all times
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management; perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable track record in retail sales or customer‑facing roles, preferably within a luxury brand
  • Strong clienteling and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset
  • Numeracy and attention to detail for pricing, stock counts and basic inventory reconciliation
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and brand presentation guidelines
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in Macau
