Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned daily sales objectives and contribute to store revenue targets
- Deliver polished, professional customer service and develop long‑term client relationships through active clienteling
- Capture and maintain customer data to grow the store database and support CRM initiatives
- Merchandise according to company visual and product presentation standards; ensure all items are correctly priced, labeled and in sellable condition
- Support inventory control: receive, stock and conduct accurate daily stock counts
- Monitor and maintain window and in‑store displays as required
- Maintain store housekeeping and presentation standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management; perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record in retail sales or customer‑facing roles, preferably within a luxury brand
- Strong clienteling and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset
- Numeracy and attention to detail for pricing, stock counts and basic inventory reconciliation
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and brand presentation guidelines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Legal authorization to work in Macau
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or sales experience; prior experience with luxury or premium brands is advantageous. Demonstrated experience in stock control, visual merchandising and direct client engagement is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or post‑secondary study in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
