Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales objectives and assigned duties.
- Provide professional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Expand the customer database by capturing customer information.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Monitor and maintain window displays as needed.
- Display merchandise according to company guidelines, ensuring all items are properly priced, labeled, signed, and in good condition.
- Manage stock and inventory efficiently.
- Perform accurate daily stock counts.
- Ensure the store is clean and tidy at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
