Gucci Client Advisor position in Los Angeles—drive luxury sales, build client relationships, and embody brand excellence. $18.47–$19.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships from first contact, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely
- Provide personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize service and personalize the client journey
- Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results and maximize selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm manner to drive sales and foster a client-centric attitude
- Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to create selling opportunities
- Maintain a unified 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all purchase locations, exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their preferences
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, remaining collaborative and proposing effective solutions
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice informed by Gucci heritage and values
- Attend product knowledge trainings to stay current on selling techniques and brand innovations
- Maintain awareness of fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to serve clients effectively
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiastic engagement
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with emphasis on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information
- Maintain visual displays according to Gucci standards and specifications
- Follow company grooming standards in accordance with Gucci policies

Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Demonstrated capability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to inspire trust and foster collaboration among team members
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude
- High adaptability in managing different clients and complex situations
- Strong communication skills

Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar retail or customer service role, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional fashion, retail, or business training preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.47 to USD 19 per hour.
