Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering best‑in‑class, personalized service both in‑store and remotely to deepen client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Proactively recruit and develop a client base through face‑to‑face and virtual appointments, clienteling and targeted outreach.
- Use expert product knowledge and storytelling to advise clients, execute styling recommendations and apply cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
- Accurately process POS transactions, capture client data and leverage in‑store technologies to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with stock maintenance and inventories, and uphold loss‑prevention and operational procedures.
- Promote a One‑Gucci client perspective across exchanges, returns, repairs and other service interactions to protect the client experience.
- Collaborate constructively with colleagues, share market and client insights, and participate in trainings to deepen product and selling expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion or high‑end retail sales experience with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and to build long‑term client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness, professional ethics and the capacity to inspire trust among clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to complex client situations.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service role, with documented success in driving individual sales and cultivating client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or styling training preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.27 to USD 18 per hour.
